When should I arrive?
We suggest that you arrive
30 minutes before your
scheduled treatment.
This will allow you to relax
in our lounge, dry sauna,
whirlpool and steam rooms.
What should I wear during
my treatment?
You will be draped with a
towel except for the area
being worked on.
For your convenience, robes
and slippers are provided.
In addition, we have all
your grooming needs in our
vanity rooms.
Are gift certificates
available at Natura?
You may purchase gift
certificates for a specific
dollar amount or for
particular services.
What about gratuities?
If you choose, you may
opt to leave gratuity for
